Need help now? SAMHSA's National Helpline is free, confidential and open 24/7 in English and Spanish: 1-800-662-4357. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.
Support Withdrawal Timelines
Withdrawal Timelines is free, with no paywall and no sign-up needed to read. Every timeline is researched from medical sources and kept up to date, and our community forum is moderated so it stays safe and kind.
If a timeline helped you or someone you care about, you can chip in to help cover research, writing, moderation and hosting. Any amount helps, and there’s no pressure at all: the site stays free for everyone either way.
Our donation page is being set up. Check back soon.
Good to know
- Withdrawal Timelines is run by an individual, not a registered charity, so contributions are not tax-deductible.
- Contributions are a one-time gift. You don’t get perks, and giving doesn’t change what we publish. Supporters can’t buy coverage or edits.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment service (such as Ko-fi or Stripe). We never see or store your card number. The payment service will show you its own terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy.
Other ways to help (free)
- Share a timeline with someone who needs it.
- Spot an error or an outdated source? Tell us on the contact page.
- Join the community forum and help others feel less alone.
